Bellwether Services said it has published a white paper: "Demystifying the Green Supply Chain Transformation, A Laser Focused Strategy for the North American Supply Base." The green supply chain publication, the company noted, is an educational tool for sourcing, procurement, purchasing, buying, sustainability, and supply chain professionals.
Bellwether said the report is one of the few targeted first green supply chain management tools for the North American retail manufacturing supply base. Specifically, it is a four-step green supply chain methodology for the sometimes overlooked Tier 2 Suppliers. It highlights a supplier development strategy and numerous tactical tips for a forward looking sourcing manager or director.
