Northwest Restaurant Reduces Carbon Footprint with Fresh Strategic Sourcing Strategy

According to the website a Northwest U.S. restaurant chain launched a new strategic sourcing strategy which highlighted food and ingredients from regional suppliers, including eggs from Willamette Egg Farms, Fulton meats, Rogue Creamery blue cheese dressing and Ivar’s clam chowder. This strategy should reduce carbon footprint.
