Companies are becoming more aware that to reduce their overall carbon footprint they need to address the emissions caused by the vendors in their supply chain. The latest global enterprise to address this issue is the UK-based telecom company, BT, who currently spend £12 billion (US$19.56 billion) with vendors in their supply chain.
